You tell us the part and your vehicle
Use the form below or WhatsApp: the part, and your vehicle's make, model and year. The chassis number or engine code helps us find the right one.

We send a quote
It states the price, the advance payment and the terms, and how long finding the part will take.

An advance payment confirms the order
Nothing is ordered until the advance stated in the quote is paid.

We source it in Japan
We find the part and check that it matches your vehicle.

We inspect, pack and ship it
By container, to the port you choose.
We hold no stock: every part is found for your order. The quote states the price, the advance and the terms.
Packed and shipped with care
- Fluids drained: oil, fuel and coolant are taken out before packing.
- Crated or palletised, and strapped down so nothing moves at sea.
- Inspected before export where your country requires it, for example by QISJ for Kenya.
- No airbags, batteries or fuel in parts shipments.
- Parts travel by container, on their own or with a car, and we confirm your country's rules for used parts before you pay anything.

How long does it take?
It depends on the part and your port. The quote tells you how long finding the part will take, and the sailing time to your port, before you pay anything.
Do you keep parts in stock?
No. Parts are on order only: every part is found in Japan for your order, once an advance payment confirms it.
How is a part priced?
Every request gets its own quote, so there are no prices on the site. The quote states the price, the advance payment and the terms.
What do I pay first?
An advance payment, stated in the quote, confirms the order. The quote also says when the rest is paid, and what happens if a part cannot be found.
Can parts ship with a car?
Yes. Parts can travel in the same container as a car you buy from us: ask us when you order the car.
Which countries do you ship parts to?
The countries we ship cars to. Rules for used parts differ from country to country, so we confirm yours before you pay anything.
